Job Description
The Executive Leader in Office Management will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. This individual must possess strong leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
- Prior experience in K-12, Higher Education, Civic, Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors is essential.
- Must hold a valid Registered Architect license in the state of residence.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, including at least 10 years managing project teams and processes.
