Responsible for assuring office-wide objectives of enhanced design expertise and client service are successfully applied to every project to which he/she is assigned – from the earliest concept study through construction administration. Working with senior staff, the Interior Designer is expected to articulate the project design as defined during the earliest phases by the project designer and/or project leadership, and to maintain an enhanced level of commitment to the success of the project throughout its development and implementation.

Your Impact
- Create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases.
- Responsible for interior finish materials selections, specification, and production of finish material boards.
- Utilize space planning, knowledge of codes, understanding of mechanical systems, etc.
- Produce construction documentation, construction administration, and review of submittals.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture (must be CIDA accredited)
- NCIDQ Interior Designer is a plus
- Educational and Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, must be able to present design concepts to clients
- Proficient in Revit, Sketchup Vray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
- Interior finish materials selections, specification, production of finish material boards
- Space planning, knowledge of codes, understanding of mechanical systems, etc.
- Construction documentation production, construction administration, review of submittals
- Strong devotion to customer service. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
