As an Information Systems intern your primary responsibility is to provide support to Network Technicians/Senior Network Technicians to facilitate client service and profitability expectations. S/he is responsible for assisting with basic support help requests and assisting with network and equipment setup.

What you will do:
The responsibilities of the Intern include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with network setup and equipment setup for new/existing users in the firm
- Assisting with support for employees in resolving basic hardware/software/network issues
- Assisting with data/content migration related to the firm's ECM
- Providing support on firm/departmental projects as needed
- Installing and maintaining all personal and shared network operating systems, printers, hardware and software
- Assisting with updating and ongoing maintenance of firm inventory records
- May assist with providing hardware and\or video setup for CPE training, ITP centers, and other activities
- Other duties as assigned
What we require:
- Pursuing an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- Familiarity with MS Window’s operating system and hardware
- Must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to work 25-30 per week for 10 weeks (Early June through mid-August)
- Associate’s degree in Computer or Information Systems or acceptable combination of education, training and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows networking, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and Citrix
