In this role, you'll lead the tax administrative team, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of tax-related processes while motivating the team to achieve objectives in support of the Tax business line.

Responsible for, but not limited to:
- Lead the overall execution of work and day-to-day team operations to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Study schedules and estimate time and labor requirements for services and job assignments/projects.
- Ensure all team members have training, technology, tools and resources they need to succeed.
- Ensure team members understand the impact their performance has on the team, firm, services, and deliverables they produce.
- Operationalize the initiatives of the Tax SL Leaders, CST Senior Manager and CST Tax Manager
- Analyze relevant aspects of operations that impact team performance and providing manager regular reports on issues and progress.
- Communicate the decisions of management to team members and outlining the details of how these decisions will be implemented.
- Manage team member performance for success. Monitor and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with budget and project planning.
- Respond to and resolve employee and client inquiries, complaints, and interpersonal or work-related issues, escalating when needed.
- May be instrumental in development of strategies and tactics for Tax SL or CST.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two (2) years of related experience in Business Administration OR six (6) years equivalent experience in administration with high school diploma. Experience in public accounting is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, people, and project management skills, and an ability to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations, systems, and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Participative and consultative management style; interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Client Experience Support
- Works well under pressure and with a team; able to meet deadlines.
- Additional professional designations or certifications showing specialization.
- Strong knowledge of tax support services in public accounting.
