We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent estimating skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Construction Management Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in estimating and field operations
- Experience with design/build estimating is highly preferred
- Knowledge of site and building ground-up projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Procore and estimating software
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
