We are currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Commercial Estimator. The ideal candidate should have recent experience in this specific role and be able to work well with others.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of estimating and field experience in construction
- Design/Build estimating experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with site and building ground-up projects
- Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Procore and estimating software such as OST, Bluebeam, and ProEst
- Strong industry knowledge with the ability to read and interpret various types of plans
