PBTT is currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist. Maintenance Specialists are an integral part of our maintenance team, responsible for assisting in routine maintenance to ensure the facility and its machinery operate smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a candidate willing to assist in both plumbing and electrical system repairs and diagnosis. Upon completion of 90 days of full-time employment, you will qualify for an HRA, IRA with a company contribution and receive paid holidays. You will receive 40 hours of PTO after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assistance with routine maintenance on facility infrastructure, including plumbing and electrical systems as requested by the Plant Foreman.
- Assist in inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Assist to conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of machinery and facility systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist in installation and upgrade of equipment and systems as needed.
