Parking Attendant

PBW Valet is seeking experienced valet drivers for high end high volume waterfront restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens applicants must have Valet experience. Positions are open immediately.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist them with parking their vehicles.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure proper vehicle placement and safety.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and maintain cash handling protocols.
• Provide assistance to customers regarding parking policies and directions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Drive vehicles safely when required, including valet parking services if applicable.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions and provide accurate change when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in retail or dealership environments.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it may enhance customer interactions.
• Experience with valet parking is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate customer vehicles safely.
