Salary : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

In this role, you'll help individuals thrive by providing community-based support and guidance.
What You’ll Do :
As a Regional Center Facilitator, you’ll support children and teens diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, or other developmental disabilities in community settings.
You will work 1 : 1 with each client, focusing on skill development, social integration, and independence. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Direct Support : Work closely with clients on daily living and social skills, including self-help, self-advocacy, communication, and safety awareness.
- Community Engagement : Transport clients to community-based activities, volunteer sites, and other resources to develop vocational skills.
- Behavioral Support : Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and manage challenging situations.
- Documentation : Keep detailed records of client progress, including session notes and data collection.
- Collaboration : Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client goals and progress.
Who We're Looking For :

What You Need :
- Education : High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Experience : Experience with children or teens is a plus but not required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not necessary.
- Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to document client progress clearly and accurately.
- Other Requirements :
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you’ll be reimbursed for mileage)
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
- Must pass background checks (DOJ and FBI).
