Project Manager – Construction | Iselin, NJ (Regional Projects)
We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience in ground-up commercial or industrial construction to join our team in Iselin, NJ. In this role, you'll take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through turnover, working closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality builds across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Drive project planning, procurement, and execution with attention to safety and quality
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum
- Represent the company on-site and with clients—building relationships and reinforcing trust
What We're Looking For:
- 5–10 years of experience managing commercial/industrial construction projects
- Proven track record leading full project lifecycles in the NJ/NY/PA region
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of construction best practices, codes, and safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
