Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a background in human resources management, with expertise in payroll processing and benefit enrollment.
Duties
- Manage the enrollment process, including pay profile, drug screening and benefit meetings after 90 days
- Oversee employee onboarding
- Utilize HR software such as Paychex for payroll processing and employee record management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in human resources
- Communicate as needed with employees to keep payroll smooth processing on payroll day
- Assist Office Manager with daily office needs as needed
Requirements
- Some experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
