We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication in both English and Spanish. Your ability to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and assist with their needs will be vital to our success.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients in both English and the Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communications in the office system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to handle outbound calling effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
