We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated administrative assistance to work with Regional account managers. The focus of this position is to provide support to our Regional Account Managers and perform a variety of Administrative tasks for our established client, new clients and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Creating pricing quotes and providing product information to new and established customers
- Providing tracking on ordered and coordinating installations for customers
- Following up to make sure purchased equipment or licenses have been received
- Schedule meetings for the regional account managers and reach out to customers closer by to book appointments with the regional account manager
- Communicate with vendors/manufacturers to make sure we are on top of shipments, backorders, pricing, correct contact info.
- Review database to clean up incorrect info, making sure each contacts info is all uniform, and add missing info
- Help maintain marketing calendar with our marketing team of paired Regional account manager
- Help build social media presence and relationships for account managers
- Research current and potential customers to understand their business, and educate them on the value of working with PCU
- Reviewing upcoming tradeshows and provide assistance in booking partners, informing customers we will be attending, and provide marketing materials
- Ensure smooth process for customers from pre to post sales cycle
- Renewing relationships with past buyers to drive future business
- Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
- Resolve customer issues
- Find ways to upsell customers based off of past purchases
- Follow up on customers’ requests for assistance, literature, price quotes, etc., to establish a high standard of service
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and set up team meetings, compile agendas, and manage necessary materials. Document key decisions and actions for subsequent follow-up.
