PCA is hiring Co-Op Engineering positions at our Wallula Mill. Representatives will be conducting interviews with University of Idaho, University of Washington, and Washington State University students.

Process Engineering Co-Op
Reliability Engineering Co-op
Project Engineering Co-op
Basic Qualifications:
Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Bio-Resource Science required.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Auto Cad, and Project.
Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.
Must exhibit excellent communication, analytical, organizational and computer skills.
Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving.
Must be capable of working with ambiguity and change.
Travel may be required.
Full-time Co-op/Intern Pay and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is from $26 to $28 per hour.
Employees (and their dependents) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance coverage, subject to applicable waiting periods. Employees are automatically enrolled in PCA’s 401k retirement plan at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for eleven (11) paid holidays per calendar year. A housing allowance may also be provided (when applicable).
