What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Lot Attendant position at PCAM, LLC?
PCAM, LLC is currently hiring a Parking Attendant to assist incoming guests and location employees.
Schedule:
Morning Shift: 6:00am - 10:00am Monday - Friday
Parking Lot Attendant is duties are as following:
Daily operation of the parking booth
a. Taking validated stamps from customers exiting parking garage.
b. Take payments from customer cash and or debit cards.
c. Opening/or closing down the draw.
- Making sure the draw balances out the receipt at the end of shift.
- Opening Shift make sure to count the beginning bank.
Garage Maintenance
1 Daily walk around to clean trash and debris up in parking garage.
2 Use the equipment provided to clow out entry and exit ways to bottom levels of both garages.
3 Lower gates in the morning when gates are up.
4 Put paper in the ticket machine when running low.
5 Take out trash in parking garage when needed.
Customer Service expectations
1) When customers need to get signed up for parking, have customers fill out payroll deduction sheet to pay for parking for county employees, take payments from state employees.
2) Greet customers with a smile and have excellent customer service skills to make sure the customer leaves happen. Accommodate all customers so there needs are met in a timely manner.
