Summary
As a Shuttle Driver at PCAM, LLC, you will be an essential part of our transportation team, responsible for providing safe and efficient shuttle services to our clients. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to quality customer service while ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
CURRENT OPEN POSITION:
Monday - Friday
4:30am - 8:30am and 2:30pm - 6:30pm
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
- Assist with loading and unloading as required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dispatch (if applicable).
- Ability to correctly and completely fill out the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report for each bus type.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B) with Passenger Endorsement.
- A clean driving record (DMV K4 Printout).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Must be able to clear background check, drug screen and physical
- Fully Vaccinated
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a shuttle or transportation role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance checks is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and passengers.
- Experience with paratransit services is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
