Shuttle Driver

Summary

As a Shuttle Driver at PCAM, LLC in Los Angeles, CA, you will be an essential part of our transportation team, responsible for providing safe and efficient shuttle services to our clients. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional customer-focused service while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of passengers. Union Contract.

CURRENT OPEN POSITION:

Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding schedules and passenger needs.
• Assist with heavy lifting as necessary during pickups and drop-offs.
• Conduct pre-trip / post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dispatch (if applicable).
• Ability to correctly and completely fill out the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report for each bus type.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL B) with Passenger Endorsement.
• A clean driving record (DMV K4 Printout).
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Must be able to clear background check, drug screen and physical
• Fully Vaccinated preferred
• Proven experience in commercial driving or shuttle services preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers.
• Ability to lift heavy items as required during passenger transport.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
