Summary
As a Valet Parking Attendant at PCAM, LLC in Los Angeles, CA, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service while managing vehicle parking operations. Your role is essential in upholding our mission to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate must be responsible and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers/employees/visitors warmly and assist them with their parking needs.
- Manage vehicle flow efficiently to optimize space utilization.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide information about the facility and local area to enhance customer experience.
- Issue daily passes where it applies
- Do daily vacancy counts
- Clean oil spills with absorbent, parking booth/equipment, staircases and elevators, signs and fire extinguishers, and sweep parking lot
- Remove spider webs
- Immediately report to supervisor
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles parked on-site.
- Assist with valet services as needed, including driving vehicles responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday - 12:00pm - 11:00pm
Sunday - 11:00am - 11:00pm
Qualifications
- Must be able to clear Livescan.
- Valet Parking experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Bilingual skills are a plus for enhanced customer interaction.
- Familiarity with valet parking procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
