As a Logistics and Inventory Associate with Accumetrics, you will pick and package materials and complete documentation, monitor inventory for accuracy, discrepancies and replenishment. Responsible to check, record and report on the actual status of inventory compared to the system status of inventory. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies and take ownership of inventory reporting accurate results of cycle counting activities. Associate will also support logistics with packing, shipping, and receiving of systems/materials.

Additional Duties

• Job Kitting
• Picks and kits materials per job packet pick list or other authorized document
• Ensures the correct parts in the correct quantity using the correct labeling and packaging are prepared and associated documentation is correctly completed including recording of serial numbers pulled for kit.
• Provides a shortage report to Production Coordinator for all kits that are pulled and short items.
• Locates completed job kits / documentation for transfer in appropriate location for distribution.
• Works with Production Coordinator to ensure kits are issued to the production floor in a timely manner.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy in quantity, description, location, labeling, and ESD safe packaging.
• Inventory Control
• Monitor all supply cabinets for consumables including all epoxy in inventory for expiration and quantity on hand. Complete requisitions for consumables requiring replenishment and submit to Production Coordinator in a timely manner to ensure consistent supply.
• Performs daily cycle counts of inventory locations in order to report on inventory accuracy. Generates and prints cycle count sheets. Communicates start and end times of cycle count activities to appropriate stakeholders.
• Accurately inputs actual physical status of inventory to ensure inventory integrity.
• Shipping and Receiving
• Prepares manuals for all standard and special products
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of incoming shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Makes sure that all products prepared for shipment are correct and complete.
• Notifies supervision of any shortage of supplies. May be required to requisition supplies for logistic area.
• Suggests and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
• Understands and promotes our Quality statement of “Total Customer Satisfaction”
• Follows safety rules and keep area clean and orderly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: No prior experience required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or inventory role preferred. Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
