Shift time: 4am-12:30pm
Bakery Helper Clerks prepare, portion, package and label baked goods and prepared foods. They provide excellent, professional customer service when needed.
Job Locations: US-WA-Burien Address: 15840 1st Avenue South Comp Details: Starting Wage Range: $21.16 /hour, depending on experience. Full Wage Range: $21.16/hour. Additional $1.25 night differential when applicable. Our Culture:

- Baking off cookies, scones, and other items from the commissary
- Packaging and retail merchandising for the deli and bakery items
- Perform basic food preparation in accordance with PCC recipes
- Rotating product on the retail shelves, back room, freezer, and cooler
- Setting the bake case with product and proper signage
- Unloading incoming orders from the commissary and labeling items
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Becomes knowledgeable about deli products, specialty foods, baked goods, and prepared foods
- Provides excellent, professional customer service
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Available to work the overnight shift, including weekends
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Previous food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for measurement and scale functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service
- Additional $1.25/hour Night Differential when applicable.
