Summary of Essential Job Functions
Perform building and grounds maintenance and repairs.
Fire Protection Equipment maintenance and repairs.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed on fire protection systems.
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
Demonstrate cooperation, teamwork, and a commitment to professional and organizational development.
On-Call Fire Protection and Maintenance Response.
Permanent Member of the Safety Committee.
Perform other duties as assigned, including attending training classes when offered.
REQUIREMENTS OF ALL PCCA –WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES:
SAFETY, SANITATION, SECURITY: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure warehousing environment. Perform all operations in compliance with safety policies and procedures and apply good safety-conscious conduct in all designated work environments. Comply with OSHA SDS standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
One (1) year of maintenance (preferred).
Basic computer literacy is required, and a willingness to learn more.
Read, comprehend, and apply information, such as plant drawings, diagrams, schematics, submittals, software/systems, programs, and operation/product manuals.
Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working in ducts, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.
General understanding of mechanics and construction
Valid driver's license
Ability to be available on-call.
Moderate amounts of time spent outside in potentially extreme (hot and cold) weather
Must be physically fit to crawl, climb, stand, walk, and lift to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to stoop, bend, reach and grab with arms and hands, manual dexterity
Some experience in electrical work
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Must be self-sufficient, motivated, and driven.

Ability to effectively utilize telephone, cell phone, email, scanner and copy machine, personal computer, calculators, and typewriters. The ability to work in Excel and Word is essential.
