What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Audio Video Service Technician position at PCD?
PCD, the premier Audio Video Integrator in Northern California is looking for Service Technicians. The job includes phone support, troubleshooting on site, and working directly with manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
The Service Technician will provide maintenance of client’s system and troubleshoot any issues. The tech will also give system training to the end client.
This position requires these certifications with in-field experience:
Q-SYS - Level 1 and Level 2
Biamp - Tesira Forte and Vocia
Crestron Core Track
Extron AVA and Pro DSP Specialist
Certification and Experience with SMAART Live and Dante is a plus.
CTS certification is desired.
Regular installation duties such as pulling wire, installing devices and testing wires is required.
This is an IBEW Union position with union benefits. If you are not a member, joining the Union will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51.59 - $59.33 per hour
