Job Summary: As a Technical Assistant at Andreini, you will play a crucial role in support of our Commercial Lines Department. The Technical Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the Commercial Lines Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Issue Certificates of Insurance accurately no later than 24 hours of receipt; Ideally within two hours
Issue Auto ID Cards as part of the renewal process or on an individual basis as requested
Issue Motor Vehicle Reports at the time of renewal for certain accounts as outlined in the workflow procedure manual.
Order MVR’s for new business as directed.
Manage open activities to meet above timeframes, including the rush requests;
Process each transaction properly as outlined in the workflow procedure manual including but not limited to activity management and file attachment
Process exception report corrections within 2 Business Days.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably in the insurance area.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Compensation: $20-$25.00 Hourly DOE
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $20/hour to $25/hour which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
