RV Park Management Team needed for a 70 space community in Lynnwood, Washington.
Applicants must be able to perform all aspects of office work, landscaping and maintenance of RV and MHP.
Start Immediately, Full Time, year-round.
Duties include, telephone answering, reservations, collecting fees, bank deposits, filing, administration of park rules and regulations, handling resident/guest concerns and complications, meter reading, landscaping, cleaning restrooms, RV space rental, cleaning and repair of rental units when tenants vacate, emergency repairs and general park maintenance.
Experience requested: Previous mobile home park, RV park, or apartment management experience or experience in related fields of management, bookkeeping, and repairs/maintenance.
Salary DOE, includes on-site housing and utilities.
