Your role will involve comprehensive audits, project management, data analysis, and collaboration with correctional facility staff and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact between PCG Consulting Group and the client, leading the client engagement.
- Auditing and Assessment : Conduct comprehensive audits of healthcare processes and patient care within multiple state correctional facilities across Illinois.
- Regulatory Compliance : Stay up to date with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring all facilities adhere to the required standards.
- Mobile Coordination : Manage the mobile aspect of the project, including staying in hotels near correctional facilities to facilitate audit readiness.
- Logistics : Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and transportation for the audit team to ensure efficient on-site presence.
- Offsite Meetings : Reserve and organize hotel conference rooms for offsite meetings, briefings, and strategy sessions.
