PRACTICE
This is an employed group structure
Join 3 pulmonologists and midlevels
5 year old hospital, full spectrum of specialties, full time hospitalists in house
24 bed ICU, hospitalists in house 24 / 7
E ICU for overnight and weekend patient coverage
1 : 4 call rotation
10-11 patients in day outpatient clinic
Work out of one hospital 217 beds
Collaborative and collegial providers and administration
Competitive Compensation based on MGMA along with sign-on
