Full-Time DSP – 7-On/7-Off Schedule (TBI/I/DD Home)
Starting Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
Rotating weekends required
This unique schedule offers 7 days on, 7 days off, providing consistent caregiving while allowing for extended time off. You’ll support individuals with TBI and/or I/DD in a home setting, helping with daily routines, skill-building, and personal care.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist with daily activities and personal care
✔ Follow individualized care plans
✔ Facilitate community outings and engagement
✔ Maintain detailed care documentation
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Experience with TBI or I/DD populations preferred
✔ Ability to commit to a 7-day on, 7-day off schedule
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Availability for rotating weekends
