Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
We're looking for a Consignment Director to join the PSA Sales team. This person will be responsible for prospecting trading card collectors, collectible retailers and online sellers of trading cards and related memorabilia and initiating and closing consignment transactions for PSA. These consignments will be sold through PSA’s integration with eBay. This person should possess a deep knowledge of the Hobby and will become a subject matter expert on selling with PSA. Ideally, this person also has built-in connections and high-end sales experience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a consignment sales strategy
- Leverage past sales experience to develop a go-to-market strategy for PSA
- Partner on the implementation of sales tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Prospect, qualify and nurture leads
- Deliver a predictable and repeatable outbound sales process
- Source new opportunities through your personal network and the PSA ecosystem
- Convert leads in partnership with PSA Sales and Lending Sales teams
- Manage customer relationships and formal communications. Travel as needed to hobby events.
- Own consignment deals from start to finish.
- Consistently hit or exceed quarterly sales targets.
Who You Are
Salary Range : The salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation; please ask your recruiter for details.
