What You'll Do:
As a Client Service Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering personalized and professional support.
- Managing email and phone communications with precision and professionalism.
- Navigating carrier websites, updating client documents, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Supporting your Client Service Manager in daily tasks such as creating polished presentations and ensuring seamless coordination.
- Informally translating from English to Spanish when needed.
- Handling multiple priorities with grace, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF Editor, Prezi (novice acceptable), and Canva (novice acceptable).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A hospitality mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and zero tolerance for grammatical errors.
- Familiarity with Google email and Google Calendar.
- A client-focused approach with previous experience in customer service, account management, or a similar field.
- Spanish language skills (verbal and written required).
- A Health and Life Insurance license (preferred but not required).
