- Address guest and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues.
- Review daily financial reports for accuracy, identifying and rectifying discrepancies or irregularities.
- Collaborate on monthly balance sheet reconciliations by meticulously verifying and aligning financial records.
- Aid in preparing weekly and monthly forecasts, contributing to reliable financial projections and planning.
- Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
