We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Dining Room Attendant to join our Swampers Bar & Grille team. Swampers is a fun and festive destination that pays tribute to the area’s musical heritage, featuring fantastic food and drinks, live music, and amazing guests!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Heart of Hospitality: Bring a positive, friendly attitude to each shift, greeting guests warmly and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Prepare tray jacks and bus tubs so they’re always ready to support our fast-paced service.
- Embrace Team Spirit: Jump in to support your team in various roles, such as hosting or assisting with food running, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all.
- Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency: Transport dishes to the dish area, break down trays and tubs, and help maintain a clean and organized dining room for a beautiful, comfortable environment.
- Be a Key Server Assistant: Partner with servers to anticipate guest needs by providing any additional items quickly and efficiently, helping to make each guest feel like a VIP.
