Restaurant Manager
As an integral part of our hospitality team, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily operations, bar/lounge, and room service when applicable. Responsibilities vary based on sales volume and meal complexity and may include serving as a department head in collaboration with the food and beverage management team.
This role involves supervising staff, meeting sanitation standards, and addressing operational issues. The Restaurant Manager actively engages on the floor during busy meal times to ensure outstanding guest service.
Key Components of the role will include:
- Demonstrates strong leadership by training and managing associates to ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and exceptional service standards.
- Monitors alcohol service compliance with local laws and provides thorough training, including TIPS certification.
- Oversees the guest experience from entry to departure, including special events and room service.
- Responds promptly to guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively.
- Cultivates a culture of empowerment, encouraging associates to excel in customer service.
- Implements marketing strategies to maximize revenue while managing budgets effectively.
