Carpenter
We’re seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our engineering team. Your craftsmanship will contribute to the resort's elegance, from installing trim on baseboards and cabinetry to tackling custom projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Defect Identification & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve defects in hotel systems and structures, maintaining detailed records.
- Compliance & Safety : Follow all relevant codes and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment through organized and safe practices.
- Facility Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and perform routine preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, including carpentry and painting.
- Trim Installation & Project Support : Install trim, cabinetry, and millwork per project specs and support construction and renovation tasks.
- Guest Service : Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to uphold hotel standards.
- Documentation & Organization : Document work accurately and maintain an organized workspace.
