As an Outside Service Attendant , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, exceptional golfing experience. From greeting guests and assisting with golf carts to providing outstanding customer service, your role will help create memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Interaction : Greet and assist guests, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit.
- Golf Cart Operations : Inspect and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are in working order and ready for use.
- Course Setup & Maintenance : Assist with setting up carts for daily play and tournaments, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the carts.
- Bag Handling & Club Care : Help golfers load / unload bags and offer club cleaning after play.
- Facility Upkeep : Maintain the appearance of the clubhouse, cart staging, and bag drop areas.
- Customer Service Excellence : Exceed guest expectations by providing superior service and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
