Your Role : As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively Solicit & Manage : Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities.
- Maximize Revenue : Actively identify and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
- Service Excellence : Consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Renaissance Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceeding each client's expectations.
