As a Rooms Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, offering personalized assistance, and providing valuable information to enhance each guest's stay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
• Front Desk Support: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and hotel software.
• Information Resource: Provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Problem Resolution: Identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Hotel Knowledge: Stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively.
• Transportation & Reservations: Arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service.
• Professionalism & Courtesy: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
