Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic bar team at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages to guests.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests warmly, taking orders, and making recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that supplies are stocked and available as needed.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure that the bar area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to food and beverage regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other bartenders and staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 10 pounds constantly, lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and walk frequently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
