- PCHC care team includes integrated behavioral health; we offer in-house specialty clinics for optometry, podiatry, nephrology, rheumatology, dental and asthma / allergy services.

- Teaching opportunities are available.Primary Responsibilities : 4-days of weekday outpatient clinic; 1 day remote Admin. No weekends.Qualifications and Skills : Board-certified or board-eligible Internist with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Medical License in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Bilingual and bicultural skills valued but not requiredBenefits include :
