Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will play a key role in shaping our online voice, brands, and driving traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; utilize social listening tools to gather insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

Skills

• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively manage brand reputation online.
• Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media content.
• Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand standards.
• Familiarity with web content management systems is a plus.
