Job Summary:
We are a private family-owned company seeking a receptionist to preform varies administrative duties. This individual will be responsible for first impressions with customers, internal and external, and all administration functions of front desk/office support to meet the needs and demands of the company. The individual must demonstrate a willingness to provide excellent experience. This individual will also assist with Human Resources duties.
Some General Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer and make incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor the front gate to allow visitors access to the property.
- Greeting and check in visitors using the I-Visitor kiosk system.
- Manage and order office and breakroom supply as needed.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Sort, send, and receive mail and packages via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Prepare and distribute departmental reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Activate and deactivate employee badge access when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including locker assignments for new hires.
- Help coordinate and support company events, such as ordering food for monthly meetings.
- Enter employee time details into ADP.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team on various administrative projects.
- Ensure compliance with all current and future security and compliance policies.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Strong communication skills required.
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or front desk experience required.
