Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and computerized issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update all equipment related to insert operations, including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE, and Pulse insert machines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal functioning of all machinery at all times.
- Adhere to routine maintenance schedules and manage assigned responsibilities diligently.
- Identify and prioritize equipment issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Proven troubleshooting capabilities in mechanical and electronic systems.
- Experience with intelligent machinery.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn new tasks.
- Capacity to manage work under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and carry components weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying job responsibilities.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician/Mechanic with demonstrated troubleshooting proficiency.
- Previous exposure to the Mail Delivery Industry is preferred.
