Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for all management and oversight for services pertaining to the manufacturing needs of PCI Manufacturing, LLC. This includes directing and managing plant operations and financial performance, setting policies and procedures to guide productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Serves as an Executive Team Member, directly reporting to the President/CEO, to establish a culture consistent with the values of the Poarch Creek Indian tribe, resulting in a safe, fair, resolute, and productive work environment.
- Directs and manages plant operations and financial performance, setting policies and procedures to guide productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collects operational metrics to analyze productivity and set performance targets to meet revenue and cost goals, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Ensures robust plant safety and security inspections, auditing, and training procedures are implemented to meet OSHA and other required regulations.
- Labor relations discussions involving plant operations and oversees multi-functional teams, including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Management, Financial Management, Industrial Management or closely related field.
Ten (10) years of verifiable related employment experience in manufacturing, including quality systems management at the ISO 9000, AS9100, or NADCAP level.
Experience in configuration management/control and recording of engineered drawings IAW International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), as well as financial management related to the Department of Defense (DoD) and aerospace manufacturing industry.
