Description
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The Assistant Manager’s responsibilities include providing leadership in all areas of the parking operation, including personnel and customer relations. In addition, the Assistant Manager will:
Shift: Sat-Wed 35hrs week
• Support the General Manager
• Supervise all on-site personnel
• Be the key point of contact for the Residential Beach Parking Permit program
• Assist with customer service whenever possible
• Interview, hire, and onboard all local team members
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
• Learn and become familiar with operational functions
• Conduct front-line employee reviews and counsel/discipline employees when necessary
• Fulfill any other requests from Town personnel or the General Manager
Qualifications
• Great customer service skills
• Management experience (required)
• Parking experience (preferred)
• College degree (preferred)
