Description
Job Summary: Park Cedar Rapids is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Amenity Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to parkers, assist with vehicle-related issues, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of all parking facilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to parkers, including jump-starting vehicles and putting air in tires.
- Offer personal escort services to ensure the safety of parkers.
- Observe and report on the condition and activity of all ramps and lots.
- Perform light janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of parking facilities.
- Inform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (e.g., jump-starting vehicles, putting air in tires).
- Attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately.
- Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Expected Hours:
- Nights and weekends, with other shifts available as needed.
- Sunday availability is specifically required for this position.
