Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Any
Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that parking tickets are accurately calculated, and the fee correctly collected by the customer.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and inviting manner, answering questions about parking operation including but not limited to hours of operation and rates.
- Direct customers to open egress lanes to maintain speedy service and exits.
- Accurately complete daily cashier shift report.
- Coordinate with management on processing exception transactions.
- Inform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner.
- Snow removal in short durations in affected work area
- Train other employees
- Extra work duties including window cleaning, equipment wipe down, pick up trash/debris, direct traffic, and other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be friendly and courteous with customers
- Able to effectively communicate in English
- Work independently
- Capable of performing basic math calculations
- Ability to learn to operate fee computer systems and processes, follow directions, and accept training practice/ follow up
- Ability to work in a garage environment exposed to noise and crowds
- Other duties as assigned.
