Staff Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily facility operations, manage a dedicated team, and create a welcoming environment for guests and employees alike. With your expertise in parking technology and commitment to quality service, you’ll ensure smooth operations, address concerns promptly, and promote a positive image of the State of Louisiana.

PART-TIME: M-F

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibility:

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of local events, amenities, and parking options.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, guests, and management, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
• Supervise facility operations during your scheduled shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Create weekly revenue reports and balance monthly to ensure compliance.
• Compile reports weekly using various data collection from our parking platforms.
• Use your expertise to educate and assist guests with parking ordinances, rates, and technology.
• Perform regular garage inspections and to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Display exceptional communication skills, using email and technology tools to stay connected with staff and management.
• Uphold high standards of service and professionalism, contributing to a positive image of the State of Louisiana.

• Monitor staff performance, offering coaching and support when necessary to help employees grow and succeed.
• Lead daily team meetings to share important updates on events, policy changes, and company initiatives, including quarterly safety meetings for staff.
