For over 40 years, the Potomac Center, Inc. (PCI) has been assisting Northern Virginia residents with counseling, psychological testing, and group, family, marital, and individual therapy services for all ages. We are an outpatient private practice with 13 Licensed Clinical Therapists, and one of the few practices that can offer a full array of mental health services under one roof, from therapy to testing.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Services Manager at PCI located in Alexandria, VA. The Clinical Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical services, manage a team of healthcare professionals (including hiring, onboarding and evaluating staff members), ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with administration to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes. 20 to 25 hours of clinical services per week, preferably assessments and testing. - Ph.D. from an APA approved program preferred
- Valid Virginia licensure
