Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that precision measuring instruments and equipment are calibrated accurately and function effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, low voltage applications, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Calibration Technician will work closely with various tools and technologies, including voltmeters and logic controllers, to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Duties
- Perform calibration of precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize voltmeters and other precision measuring tools to conduct tests and measurements.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers as necessary.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop calibration procedures for new equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance on calibration equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues with electrical systems.
- Support CNC operations by ensuring all related equipment is calibrated correctly.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and control panels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $29.52 - $33.03 per hour
