Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or gather feedback
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
