Here's how a Contracts Administrator for our Civil Infrastructure office contributes to our team :
Responsibilities
- Reviews and modifies contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinates and assists project personnel with contracts in accordance with project requirements.
- Works directly with accounting to execute contracts and manage contracts in progress.
- Developing and maintaining customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents, contracts, and reports for district office.
- Coordinates with Vendors via phone and email to enroll in PCL's subcontractor default insurance (SDI) program.
- Assists with vendors with the prequalification process and reviews vendor bonds for accuracy and completeness.
- Other duties as assigned.
